AMIC SPI NOR Flash now available in USON packaging

Ismosys, AMIC Technology Corporation's representative in Turkey has announced the availability of  the manufacturer's SPI NOR Flash products in USON packaging. AMIC's USON type SPI NOR Flash products are available in densities of 512Kb, 1Mb and 2Mb and are suitable for use across the industrial temperature range of -40/+85C.

According to Ercument Yagmur, head of Ismosys Turkey, the very small, 2 x 3 mm, USON packages target applications that demand an extremely compact form factor, such as Bluetooth communications products, personal health care equipment, compact portables and display modules:
