Airgains compact board-mount antenna operates in 2.4 and 5GHz frequency bands

Called the Profile30D the new compact, board mounted dual-band antenna optimized for 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi systems from Airgain covers the 2.40 to 2.49 GHz and 4.9 to 5.9 GHz frequency bands and offers peak gains of 4dBi at 2.4GHz and 6dBi across the 5GHz frequency band.

Designed for embedded applications that demand integration flexibility and low cost without sacrificing performance the Profile30D is the optimal antenna solution for next generation dual band routers and gateway devices.

According to Nigel Bond, General Manager Ismosys.com the  Profile30 is typical of Airgains innovative antenna solutions and systems which open up exciting new possibilities in residential wireless services that require design flexibility and reliability such as whole-home wireless data and video coverage.

Currently in evaluation with several ODM and OEM customers the Profile30 is now available in production quantities.
